Music and Choir
Our Parish Choir leads the music at the 9.30 Sunday Eucharist at St Peter's. We regularly sing different settings of the service, the Psalm to Anglican Chant and a selection of hymns from “Together in Song”. During Communion the Choir sings an anthem. The Vestry have made four bursaries available to encourage young singers to join the Choir. Enquiries about the bursaries can be directed to the Vicar or Director of Music. The Choir also sings at special services held at the times of the church's major festivals. Choir practices are held on Wednesday nights during the school term times. New members are most welcome.
